All of my indoor classes are located at Sundari Yoga Studio in downtown Cocoa Beach. Sundari is a very beautiful studio with a relaxing atmosphere. The address is 46 N. Brevard Ave.

I teach Stretch & Restore Yoga Tuesdays and Fridays at 11am. This is a Restorative form of yoga, performed at a slower pace and typically props are used. This class will provide a full body stretch and relaxation, as we focus on breath work as we calm the body and mind. It is suitable for all levels.
I teach Yin Yoga on Saturdays at 1pm. In Yin, poses are held for longer periods of time, typically between 2-4 minutes. Each pose is done at ground level on the mat. Holding the poses for longer allows the stretch to go deeper into our myofascial tissues (or connective tissue), allowing for greater flexibility and improving joint mobility. This also calms the mind as we focus on breath work and relieving tension, and reduces aches and pains. In fact, Chiropractors often recommend practicing Yin Yoga. Suitable for all levels.
Yin Yoga by Candlelight is offered on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month. 1pm.
I teach Hatha Yoga Saturdays at 3pm. Hatha is a classic style of yoga which strengthens the body, improves flexibility, and aligns mind, body and spirit. Suitable for beginners and intermediate levels.

The First and Third Saturday of each month at 1pm, I have a Guided Chakra Healing Meditation Yin Yoga. I lead you through a guided meditation practice to help align your chakras, your bodies spiritual energy centers. The second half of class is followed by Yin Yoga poses that also help to cleanse and align your chakras. You will leave class feeling more centered, balanced, and renewed!
